The gym has all the equipment and facilities you need to get in shape: two treadmills, two cross trainers, two fixed bicycles, a set of weights and the latest physical fitness innovation, two Xdream machines equipped with the latest fitness technology.

This is the first machine to incorporate virtual reality and a motivating personal training programme.
